The Building Consultancy was established in November 2007 as an independent Building and Project Consultancy advising occupiers, funders, commercial property owners and advisers. The Directors, Alan Baldwin, Hugh Holt, Ken Mulligan and Karl O’Donovan have previously worked for some of Ireland’s largest property, architectural and surveying practices and collectively have a wealth of experience across all building types and market sectors in Ireland and Europe.

We pride ourselves on providing a high level of professional expertise with a strong emphasis on technical and managerial skills. Our services cover the complete spectrum of project management and technical due diligence. We offer a ‘one stop shop’ list of services, tailored for each client’s specific requirements.
