The brief The Building Consultancy received from College Park House was to refurbish the reception and common areas to create an inviting and vibrant interior.
The project was carried out over a 6-week period while facilitating the continued access to all office floors.
Our design delivered a wide range of energy efficient, functional and welfare improvements to this Dublin 2. An array of sustainable materials were selected for inclusion within the new interior installations. These included stone flooring, timber panelling, planters and living walls. Bespoke feature lighting contributed in elevating the final interior design.
