The 20,000 sqft fit-out comprises of open plan work spaces, private office, meeting rooms, break-out zones, staff café and a presentation centre.

The fit-out within the LEED Gold accredited Exchange Building was completed in 12 weeks.

Situated under Grant Thornton’s recently opened headquarters, the 1925 restaurant is due to open in the first quarter of 2019.
